How many replicas do you have?
There are always 10-15 for sale at any given time on the website. They all fit on a single web page. Send us an email if there is one missing that you want.

What happened to the replica I saw here last week?
It was probably retired. There is quite a bit of turnover as new buildings are issued.

Do you have the World Trade Center Twin Towers?
No.

Why not?
We are not going to replicate the WTC just because everyone wants one. Our specialty is replicating buildings that no one else is replicating. There are many companies out there that are currently making WTC replicas. Check out eBay for some really good deals.

What is your return policy?
All of our buyers are satisfied with the items they purchase. Should the unthinkable happen and you are not satisfied, just let us know within 7 days of receiving the delivery and DJ's Cityscapes will refund your purchase costs 100 percent. The buyer pays for the return shipping costs.

What if a building is damaged during shipping?
If a building is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge (after it is returned). Also, the buyer pays the return shipping costs to return the damaged one to us.

What are these replicas made of?
Lead-free Britannia pewter.

Yes. We will entertain requests for any building: requests.
