This is a solid metal souvenir replica of 1 Detroit Center of Detroit. Overall height measures 3.5". The base measures 1.5" square. On the front, the base reads in raised lettering, "1 DETROIT CENTER". On the back, "189M". Left side, "1992" and right side, "DETROIT".

One Detroit Center (aka Comercia Tower) is Michigan's tallest office tower. It won the Award of Excellence for design in 1996. This neo-classical, post-modern building has a distinct top and facade that demonstrate a merging of traditional and modern elements.
